What is Project Management?

LPG storage plant project management is the application of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives.

We provide Project Management services which offers flexibility and scope of services as per client requirement. Project management would extent the complete project, from design stage to complete installation, commissioning and handover of the project.

Procurement & Fabrication :-

EPC’s Project Controls Team manages the procurement of all permanent facilities using the EPC processes and systems for selection, tendering and award. Where appropriate enabled frame agreements are considered.
On order placement, EPC ensure the contract is executed to achieve delivery to the required quality, on schedule and on budget. EPC perform the following functions:

Kick off contract and ensure Contractor produces the required Contract control documents (Execution Plan,    HSE Plan, Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan etc).
Monitor progress against the agreed plan and milestones.
Agree milestone completion has been achieved to allow invoices to be raised.
Monitor HSE attitude, initiatives and performance.
Manage the Interface Definition Process, IDS register and IDS close out progress.
Establish and maintain an engineering query system.
Review supplier technical documentation to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Attend the contractor’s premise as required by the ITP to monitor progress and quality.
Manage variation proposals and present reasonable variation proposals for approval.



Installation :

EPC Engineers and Representatives provide construction surveillance and support aimed at assisting the Installation Contractor in meeting his responsibility for the safe & efficient execution of the work, in accordance with the risk assessed procedures. The EPC team will also ensure that all forward planned activities are consistent with other operations to allow efficient scope completion.

The EPC team administer the close out of the mechanical completion dossiers with hook up and testing records to allow commencement of commissioning operations.


Commissioning & Handover :

The culmination of the EPC Facilities Delivery process is commissioning and handover to the Client’s Operations Production Team for flawless start up. The operations readiness and handover effort is started by EPC as early as possible in the Facilities Delivery process. Focus on the commissioning and handover requirements from an early stage leads to successful start-up and continued operation. In support of this goal, EPC commissioning and handover activities include:

Testing all systems to demonstrate that they comply with specified standards and the required safety critical    performance standards prior to introduction of          hydrocarbons.
Collating and referencing all deliverable requirements for handover of the Facilities to the Clients Production    Operations Team.
Demonstrating to all stakeholders the agreements and authorisations necessary to introduce hydrocarbons into   the facilities and commence safe operation.




Health and Safety Management :

Safety and Health programs is to prevent illnesses, injuries, death and financial losses, these events cause for workers their families and employers.

An effective health and safety management system must have the following eight (8) components in place:

Approval from CCOE for HSD Bulk Storage, LPG Bottling & products like transmitters / switches / gauges / solenoids, etc.

We undertake job of approval of petroleum products like LDO, FO, HSD, Hydrogen Gas bulk storage, LPG storage / bottling plant, Approval of products like pressure / temperature transmitters / switches, gauges, solenoids, etc. pertaining to the Chief Controller of Explosives.

Statutory Testing & Maintenance :

Periodic Testing :

Support to a compressed gas installation is an integral part of our services. With our infrastructure and trained technical personnel we undertake all periodic testing with minimum down time.

We undertake the following Statutory Testing’s :

Testing of Pressure Vessels under SMPV(U) Rules & Factory Rules testing.
Testing of Safety Relief Valves.
Testing of Sphere under the SMPV(U) Rules.
Testing of Gas Cylinders under Gas Cylinder Rules.

Maintenance :

It is always advisable to maintain LPG systems under authorized and trained people. Never do self repairs for LPG systems as it could be very dangerous. We not only build Gas systems but render our services for maintenance of gas systems dedicated teams of engineers and technicians are available to do preventive as well as routine maintenance of the LPG systems.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) We offer highly specialized Annual Maintenance Contract Services to our clients. Cost effective and executed on a timely basis, our experts are totally dedicated towards providing satisfactory services to our wide spread client base.
