LPG Cylinder Filling Skid :

Safetechno Services is the supplier and exporter of LPG skid mounted cylinder filling plant for filling LPG in cylinders of various capacities. This is a custom built ready to install plant. There are various models available with storage tank capacity ranging from 500 Liters and with the choice of single or many cylinders filling Scales.

The unit comes with all safety features as per norms. The filling scale comes with auto cut off facility with digital filling scales. The unit is provided with cylinder evacuation system, cylinder testing system, Multi filling point for filling cylinders of various capacities like 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 15, 20, 35, 50kgs, and etc. at the same time.

The LPG skid station put all the Pump system, electrical system, safety system, pipe system, filling scale, and LPG dispenser together if required, and mounted on the skid base.

LPG Pump Skid :

The LPG Pump Skid is offered to transfer liquid LPG at a required stable flowrate and pressure to any of storage tank, tanker, LPG vaporizers or LPG / Air blending systems. LPG pumping skid forms the heart of any liquid transfer, vaporization or LPG / Air blending process. Safetechno Services uses a positive displacement regenerative turbine pump for standard applications.

Centrifugal or Vanes are available and provided for special applications. The pump casing includes an integral by-pass relief valve to eliminate the potential for over pressurizing the pump. The pump skid includes a by-pass line, by-pass relief valve, check valves, pressure gauge. Each pump package is supplied with an explosion proof electric motor and Is designed the grade of protection: Ex d IIB T4.
